輕型鋼結構建筑的特點及優勢介紹
輕型鋼結構通常有兩種:一種是用薄鋼板(厚6毫米以下)冷軋的薄壁型鋼組成的骨架結構;一種是用斷面較小的型鋼(如角鋼、鋼筋、扁鋼等)制作桁架,再組成骨架結構;還有混合使用兩種方法組成的骨架結構。薄壁型鋼在汽車、飛機和船舶的骨架結構上的廣泛使用,促進了輕型鋼結構在工業化體系建筑中的發展。第二次世界大戰后,英國出現了CLASP和SEAC輕型鋼結構的學校建筑體系,法國出現了GEAJ等輕型鋼結構的住宅和辦公室建筑體系。輕型鋼結構建筑輕盈,便于工業化生產,施工組裝快速、方便,特別適于要求快速建成和需要搬動的建筑,較多地用于學校、住宅、辦公、旅館、醫院以及工廠和倉庫等。但須作好防銹處理并加強養護,以提高耐久性。

Lightweight steel structure buildings are lightweight and easy to industrialize, with fast and convenient construction and assembly. They are particularly suitable for buildings that require rapid construction and movement, and are commonly used in schools, residences, offices, hotels, hospitals, factories, and warehouses. But it is necessary to carry out rust prevention treatment and strengthen maintenance to improve durability.
抗震性:低層別墅的屋面大都為坡屋面,因此屋面結構基本上采用的是由冷彎型鋼構件做成的三角型屋架體系,輕鋼構件在封完結構性板材及石膏板之后,形成了非常堅固的“板肋結構體系”,這種結構體系有著更強的抗震及抵抗水平荷載的能力,適用于抗震烈度為8度以上的地區。
